Payment and Refunds
Payments must be paid on time with the due dates or suspension of access to the course will occur. If you voluntarily decide to withdraw from the course for any reason at any time throughout you will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the course and all payments relevant to the payment plan you select. Refunds will not be accepted.
Participants
If you view, purchase or access any of the content, you have access to a license for personal, non-commercial use only, limited to you, you will not share this information to anyone else. You may not republish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, display or distribute to friends, family or any other third party. Written consent must be given by Femme Collective before commercial use or sharing content with others.
Ownership
The course content, words, videos, voice recordings, training materials, handouts, designs and documents and any other information found on the Femme Collective website and elsewhere is property of Femme Collective.

Femme Collective is not legally bound to keep your information confidential. However, Femme Collective aims to keep all information private except where disclosure is required by law. You must respect Femme Collective in any of your online or personal involvements, you may not submit or communicate any material that is offensive, abusive, threatening, harassing, knowingly false, defamatory or that violates the law.
Security of any personally identifiable information will be kept in confidentiality however no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Femme Collective strives to protect your personal information however Femme Collective cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via the internet.
Username and Password
To access the online course platform, including any private membership areas, you need to create a username and password. You must keep this private and not share it with any other individual. When registering for the online course you must give true, accurate and current information about yourself. Femme Collective holds the right to terminate access to an individual at any stage.
Personal Responsibility, Assumption of Risk, Release, Disclaimers
You understand that physical activity and exercise are risky and dangerous activities. These risks cannot be eliminated completely regardless of the care and precautions taken by all parties.
